Emmaus Forms

The Golden Spread Emmaus Community does not post application forms (other than the YES Sheet) for download. Anyone wishing to become a sponsor should attend a Sponsorship Training - a 30 minute session designed as an orientation to sponsorship. The session is usually held the evening of the Community Gathering 30 minutes prior to the Fellowship Meal.
